Last, but not least, our very own Ray, N0KEG, has found a great deal on 13.8V 30amp power supplies.  Please contact Ray directly at ray AT strickoff DOT org by March 12th so that he can have them in-hand by the meeting.  Here are the details:

I’ve been running one of these eBay power supplies for a couple of months now and it’s been good to me. I need another but can save $12 per unit if I buy a 10 pack. I wouldn’t mind keeping 2 or 3 but do you think anyone else in the club would be interested in a $29 power supply? I probably wouldn’t draw a full 30 amps through one of these things long term or run a big HF rig off of them but they don’t seem to break a sweat running a 50 watt mobile and a few other 12v accessories even when I’m cross band repeating with it. They seem to output clean power and no discernable noise.

If we can drum up some interest, I’d buy the 10 pack and sell 7 or 8 of them to members at cost. I figure if I can save a few bucks and help some people out that could be a good thing. Or am I just crazy? Let me know what you think.

Thanks,
Ray
